One of the best parts about living in Dana Point — aside from the coastal views and dreamy homes — is the food scene. Whether you’re already a local or thinking about making the move, let me give you the inside scoop on a few of my favorite spots in town that make this seaside community feel like home.
🍤 Coastal Kitchen
This is the neighborhood go-to for consistently amazing food and a laid-back yet polished atmosphere. Favorites from my table? The Cajun Shrimp, Trout Dip, Baby Back Ribs, and Steak — all solid choices. The Paloma Martini is my drink of choice, hands down.
Insider Tip: Don’t sleep on the tacos. The tortillas are topped with Melted Cheese (yes, on top), and you can order them as an entree. Add one extra Tri-Tip Taco — you’ll thank me later.

Maison feels like a cozy European escape in the heart of Dana Point. Their Housemade Hummus, Beef Bourguignon, and Beef Bazteca are full of bold flavors and home-cooked comfort. Grab a seat on the patio and order a Dirty Martini— it’s a perfect Sunday lunch vibe.
🦪 Glasspar
Seafood lovers, this one’s for you. Glasspar is stylish and always fresh. Whether it's a dozen Oysters or their chef-driven Seasonal Fish Dishes, everything tastes like it came straight from the harbor (because it probably did).
🍷 Harbor Favorites: Frisby + Jon’s Fish Market
One of my favorite ways to wind down? A glass of wine at Frisby Cellars Wine Bar down at Dana Point Harbor. Chill coastal views and a relaxed vibe — it’s a great local hangout.
Bonus Local Gem: Swing by Jon’s Fish Market for some of the Best Fish And Chips in town. The quality is unreal, and it’s a staple spot that locals swear by.
